A lot of people may think being physically inactive means not involving in physical activities, so if they go to work, stay in the office do a whole stressful task then they're active but according to WHO it's the inability to accommodate at 150minutes of moderate physical activity, exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous physical activity per week. 
So, it doesn't necessarily mean not moving your body or not exercising but not hitting the timeline to cause the desired physiological changes in your body system. Hence, to be categorized as being physically active you must meet the WHO standard. 
Physical inactivity is the four leading risk factors for mortality with an estimated range of 3 million death per year globally. Most young people just eat healthy diets, go to work, seat for hours come back home at the close day, eat sleep and the circle continues the next day on and on.
 This life lifestyle causes an accumulation of metabolite that is harmful to the day over some time, an example is the accumulation of fat in the walls of the arteries. 
When fat accumulates in the blood vessels it reduces the size of the vessel or even blocks the vessel which causes an increasing pressure and heart attack and stroke if the brain vessels are affected.
Being physically active can reduce the risk of developing heart and circulatory disease by approximately 35%. Physical activity also helps in controlling blood pressure raising your level of good cholesterol and reducing bad cholesterol. 
Physical activity controls blood sugar levels, thereby decreasing the risk of type 2 diabetes 
Helps in burning down calories and maintaining a healthy body weight. 
The place is physical activity and exercise can not be over emphasis in healthy living. 
Staying physically active helps to maintain heart and lung functions.
You sleep better and build healthy bones and muscles
